Cherry Season 2026: Quality, Supply & Market Outlook

This season started for us in the second week of June, and we entered it with great optimism. Cherry production is expected to be significantly higher than last year, providing better availability and allowing us to serve more customers across different markets.

However, the season has also brought its own challenges. In several growing regions, the heavy crop load has affected fruit sizing. As trees carry more fruit, achieving large calibers becomes more difficult, resulting in a higher proportion of medium and smaller sizes. Despite this, our main priority has remained unchanged: carefully managing the available volumes, carrying out strict quality selection, and ensuring that every shipment meets the standards our customers expect.

Throughout the season, we have successfully arranged shipments to our long-term partners across the Middle East, as well as to customers in several other international markets. Although market activity has generally been slower than anticipated, we are pleased to continue supplying competitive, high quality Turkish cherries. This has been possible thanks to the dedication of our growers, the close cooperation of our packing teams, and the strong relationships we have built with our business partners over the years.

With a few weeks of the season still ahead of us, we are beginning to see demand gradually increase. We remain optimistic about the remainder of the campaign and are committed to maintaining the same level of quality, reliability, and service until the very end of the season.

We would like to thank all of our producers, partners, customers, and friends in the industry for their continued trust and cooperation. We look forward to finishing the season on a strong note and continuing to build successful partnerships in the seasons to come.
